A follow up appointment after our 6 yr old had a stay in hospital. Mr. Trotter shows great care for his patients and remembered everything about our sons case. He was very good with our son and made sure he spoke to him not just me as parent. He made sure our questions were answered and we were happy before we left the appointment without being rushed out. Very professional, showed genuine interest and care for his patient. Excellent.

Absolutely phenomenal doctor! Explained everything in detail and clearly so it was all understood. Listened to my issues, made me feel like my problems were real and not superficial like the NHS made me feel. Remembered little things like the fact I have a big birthday coming up. Honestly wish all doctors were like him!
